Girl Scouts
- Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey (GSHNJ), which serves girls in your local community. We are embarking on a series of girl events to take place in our three service centers; Montclair, Westfield and North Branch.
The first events will take place in February and girls will have the opportunity to attend the event in the most convenient location. I have attached a copy of our flyer for your reference. Below I have written a description of our event. If you could please include in your local newsletter or website I would greatly appreciate it. Our intent is to offer similar events on a monthly basis, with fun activities built on our five basic program platforms; financial literacy, arts and culture, health and fitness, advocacy and community service, and STEM.
Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey presents our Uniquely Girls monthly series. All girls ages K-12th grade are welcome to join the fun. This months theme is Festivals Around the World. Older girls will try henna art, calligraphy, design face masks and create sand art, while younger girls will try their hand at origami, paper fortune cookies and creating dragons.
